Introduction to Missions

 

Description

This course introduces the student to the “Missions” program of courses. This course establishes God's mission as the root cause of our existence and the essence of our life purpose. Key issues and terms are biblically defined, and the personal missionary responsibility of the New Testament believer is addressed. The emphasis is toward practical application, giving the student an understanding of how to actually begin and develop effective cross-cultural ministry.

  • Please note that this class was previously called Missions 1, which is now the missions class that follows this one.

SUMMER SELF-PACE ONLINE:
Student learning will be self-guided. Each lecture and quiz taken unlocks the next lecture and quiz. This allows the student to pace themselves through the content between the dates associated with the course. All major projects and assignments can be submitted at any time between the dates of the course. All assignments have a hard end date of August 1st @ 11:59 pm CST.
