Spanish Program Provost & Student Affairs Director

Todd Franks

Todd Franks serves as Provost of Spanish Studies and Director of Student Affairs at Living Faith Bible Institute in Kansas City, Missouri, where he also provides leadership for the Bridge Program and teaches courses in biblical foundations and discipleship. His work brings together academic administration, student support, language education, and pastoral ministry to equip believers for service in the local church. Prior to entering full-time ministry, Franks taught English, Spanish, and English as a Second Language at the high school level and served as an adjunct professor at Monmouth College. His pastoral experience includes ministry to young people, immigrants, and refugees, as well as his current service as an associate pastor at Midtown Baptist Temple. At LFBI, he helps students develop the biblical understanding, academic skills, and ministry preparation necessary to grow as disciples and serve others. Across his educational and pastoral roles, Franks emphasizes the importance of making biblical training accessible across cultural and linguistic communities and preparing believers to participate in the church’s mission.
