Homiletics Lab 2

Description

In this course, students will learn how to clearly preach the word of God. Students will learn from pastors about practical and spiritual concepts related to the oral presentation of the Bible. Students will practice preaching and receive critical feedback from pastors and peers, as well as provide feedback to others. This course is intended to build the students’ understanding and confidence through repetition and open dialogue.

Lab-based courses require live attendance and a commitment to independent work. Students will be required to present sermons live through Zoom.

* Introduction to Homiletics is required to take this course.

* Please note that this class is LIVE ONLY. Live participation is required for all lab-based courses because interactivity is critical to the final grade.
